Partner Acquisition Manager

We are currently looking for a passionate and results driven Partner Acquisition Manager who wants to work with a fast growing gaming company. We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Stockholm based Digital Marketing team. You will be a part of an international team, managing and developing our Programmatic Partnerships in order to contribute to our ambitious digital growth targets. You ideally have worked with affiliates / lead generation 1-2 years, are analytical as you will work with a lot of data and able to handle multiple partner accounts on a global scale.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing our programmatic partner accounts and monitoring our programmatic campaigns while optimising for delivery and performance
  • Building strong relationships with key Partners 
  • Plan and launch campaigns and develop accounts for better results 
  • Budget and forecast in a monthly basis 
  • Manage ongoing production of affiliate creative through the internal creative department
  • Day-to-day monitoring of campaigns and optimising for delivery and performance
  • Ensure tracking is correctly implemented for accurate monitoring
  • Report results on a weekly basis
  • New partner acquisitions
EXPERIENCE & PREREQUISITES:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with online marketing, preferably within Affiliate Marketing or Lead Generation
  • Analytical mind set, able to read and analyze online data and make data-driven decisions
  • Results focused, desire to overachieve and constantly learn to keep up in the changing online space
  • Proactive personality able to work independently and within a team across time zones
  • Optimist, who takes own initiatives and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling advertising budgets
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Passion for online marketing
  • Experience with QlikView or other BI tool is a plus
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Experience in partnership management
  • Some travel will be required
