Customer Experience Representative

Star Stable’s Customer Relations team are the superheroes our millions of players around the world call upon in their hour of need. We rush to the rescue on pretty much every topic under the sun; we answer questions, offer advice, hunt down bugs, moderate chats, enforce the Star Stable terms of service and do all we can to be there for our epic community.

Right now, we’re looking to recruit a native Swedish speaker with impeccable English skills to join our team.

As our Customer Experience Representative, you will be:

  • Handling responses to incoming queries escalated from the Front Line team (the outsourced customer service partner)
  • Identifying and assessing player’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing daily support in customer case management to the Front Line team, ensuring efficiency
  • Resolving game, product, payment, safety, security questions and/or problems and being able to communicate the resolution in a clear, easy to understand manner
  • Replaying game bugs, as reported by players and the Front Line team, to the QA team
  • Reporting any problem and/or feedback provided by either players or Front Line team to relevant division internally
  • Monitoring player behaviour in-game using Game Master and Crisp tools to ensure a safe in-game environment and elevating extreme cases to CX Manager/Management team
  • Following CX guidelines, processes, and policies, constructively voicing development needs as well as ongoing participation in creating more structure to the CX operations

Our ideal applicant has:

  • The drive to efficiently help players with their problems
  • A great written personality and a firm grasp of good-quality English
  • An ability to explain complicated concepts in a simple way
  • Experience in customer support or a role helping other people solve problems
  • Empathy for our target audience
  • An aptitude for using a range of different support software applications
  • Attention to detail, a sharp eye for problem-solving and great people skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Additional language skills in addition to your mother tongue and English
  • A passion for gaming; especially if you’re into games featuring horses, magic and adventure
  • Experience in a role where you could connect with a similar target audience
