Customer Service Back Office and Community Moderator

Star Stable is looking for a Back Office and Community Moderator to our amazing Customer Service team! This is a new position and will be essential in helping our company keep players’ needs front and center. The main focus in this role will be to ensure fantastic customer service, by assisting our outsourced 1st line team and provide them with information, cause of problems and explanation on what would be the best solution to solve the problem. What you will do:

  • Managing responses to incoming queries escalated from the Front Line, and assist them in providing the player with the best solution to their query
  • Keeping track of ticket volume and assist 1st line with incoming queries from players if needed
  • Maintaining Star Stable's localized Social media pages per your associated languages, including posting regular content, monitoring and responding to comments, and replying to direct messages.
  • Providing daily support of customer case management and sharing relevant information of news, changes, bugs, issues, releases etc. from across divisions internally to the Front Line team
  • Actively participate in meetings and other forums to ensure that Customer Support and Community perspective is voiced
  • Being proactive and contribute with ideas and feedback to relevant departments to ensure the players and their experiences are heard
  • Act as a public-facing representative for Star Stable by supporting our beliefs and values

Who you are 

  • Strong in communication both written and verbally, ability to communicate in a constructive manner
  • Specialty in corresponding with children, pre-teens, and teens while embracing Star Stable's specific tone of voice.
  • Solution-orientated, a sharp eye for problem-solving, attention to detail, like to investigate and analyze problems
  • An ability to explain complicated concepts in a simple way, being passionate about sharing knowledge and feedback
  • Being a Team player, have the drive to quickly and efficiently help both co-workers and players with their problems
  • Supporting Star stables values and beliefs and share Star stables passion for empowering girls in the gaming industry
  • Having a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
