Customer Experience Manager

We are scouting for a new Customer Experience Manager to join the team! This person will be responsible for customer service both here in our Stockholm office and with our remote customer experience team currently located in Mauritius.

To thrive in this position, we believe that you are a positive, outgoing and structured person who has an interest in online gaming. You enjoy statistics and have a good sense for development in the tech area. 

Overall, you must have a strong passion for solid customer service, and that you are a person who can motivate a team and acknowledge them for what they do. You can foresee what the team and the customer service department need to do to constantly improve and develop the customer experience, and you are able to channel that in an effective way. We envision that you are a creative person who can pitch new ideas and follow them through!

As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:

  • Manage the daily operations and development of processes related to the Customer Experience team both internally and with 3rd party outsourcing
  • Continue to build the vision and goals of the CX 
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced parties for customer service, risk protection and translations
  • Lead projects and tasks related to customer experience improvements and optimization
  • Act as the main driver in the organization as the voice of customer initiatives, and channel customer feedback to enable decision making and improvement prioritization
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep your staff sharp and up to speed with the latest policies and training, etc. 
  • Travel approximately once a quarter

 Required qualifications

  • University degree or similar
  • 3-5 years' experience with customer service management or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally
  • Experience in process improvements and optimization methods
  • Passion for customer service
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
