Customer Service Reporting & Tool Specialist

Star Stable has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Analyst! This person will be a member of our amazing Customer Service team and play a key role in keeping our player’s needs front and center. The main focus will be to analyze statistics and ensure the quality of our customer service. In addition to this, this person will also be responsible for administering our tools to make the daily work in the Customer Service team more efficient. Sounds like something for you? Keep reading!

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze statistics from Customer Service tools and based on this drive initiatives and improvements across the business to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze replies to our customers and drive improvement processes to ensure we continue to provide high quality customer service 
  • Being responsible for the administration and maintenance of our internal Customer Service tools to make sure our daily operational work runs smoothly
  • Managing responses from players and escalated from the outsourced Customer Service partner, and take part in the daily support, identifying and assessing players needs to achieve satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with statistics, reporting and tools administration and drive improvements within Customer Service
  • Has experience from working with administering customer service tools. Experience from working with Zendesk is very meritorious
  • Is a strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Pays attention to detail, likes to investigate and analyze problems with a solution oriented mindset
  • Is self motivated and comfortable with taking initiatives and structure your own work
  • Is a team player with the drive to quickly and efficiently help both co workers and players with their problems.
